Geographic Scope

While our primary focus is the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region, our Service is accessible globally. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local healthcare and professional practice regulations in their jurisdiction.

User Responsibilities

Professional Qualifications

By using our Service as a Professional User, you represent and warrant that:

• You possess valid licenses, certifications, or credentials to practice in your jurisdiction
• You maintain professional liability insurance as required by local regulations

Prohibited Activities

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

Subscription Model and Billing

Subscription Plans

Nizam Diet operates on a subscription-based model with various tiers:

Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal for payment processing
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or account termination

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to your data for 90 days for export purposes

• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Pose a security risk to our Service or other users
• Use the Service in a way that could harm our reputation or operations

Effect of Termination

• Your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately
• All data will be securely deleted after the retention period
• Outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
• These Terms continue to apply to matters arising before termination

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes

• Registered users will be notified via email
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
